Offer Stack
Turn a plain product into an offer: the five parts, the stack, the six build steps, and the obstacle-to-bonus move that generates bonuses from the customer's own objections.
What it does
- Converts each customer objection into a named bonus
- Builds the value stack and prices against it
- Matches offer mechanics to how the buyer actually thinks
- Refuses to invent guarantees or deadlines that do not exist

--- name: offer-stack description: Turn a product into an offer using the value stack and the obstacle-to-bonus method. Use when conversion is weak or before writing a campaign that must sell. --- # Offer Stack Your ad does not fail on the creative. It fails on the offer. A 30,000 rupee course is easy to compare and easy to refuse. The same course plus bonuses, a guarantee and a deadline makes the price feel small. ## Five parts | Part | Asks | |---|---| | The product | What they actually get | | The promise | The outcome you stand behind | | The deal | Price and what is packed in | | Risk reversal | The thing that removes their fear | | Urgency | The honest reason to act now | ## The stack, bottom to top 1. **The core** — what they actually buy 2. **Bonuses** — extra value, low cost to you, each one named and priced 3. **Risk reversal** — a guarantee they cannot lose on 4. **Urgency and scarcity** — a real deadline or a real limit 5. **Payment terms** — EMI, pay in three Anchor the stacked value high, then reveal a price far below it. They buy the gap. ## Six steps to build one 1. Start with the dream outcome, not the product. 2. List every obstacle between them and it. 3. Build the stack: core plus a bonus per big obstacle, each named. 4. Kill the risk with the strongest honest guarantee. 5. Give a real reason to act now. Fake urgency breaks trust. 6. Price against the value. ## The secret move: obstacle to bonus Every fear is a bonus waiting to be born. | Their obstacle | Becomes your bonus | |---|---| | "I do not have time." | Done-for-you templates | | "I will start and quit." | Weekly accountability calls | | "What if it does not work?" | Money-back guarantee | | "I do not know where to start." | A step-by-step roadmap | | "I cannot afford it now." | Pay in three, no interest | ## Match the offer to the buyer | Type | The buyer | Lean on | |---|---|---| | B2B | Spends company money, fears looking wrong | De-risking and proof, not discounts | | D2C | Buys on emotion and impulse | Bundles and instant gratification | | E-commerce | High volume, price-led, fast | Cart mechanics and real urgency | | Courses | Doubts they can get the result | The stack and proof of outcomes | ## The one rule Do not sell a product. Stack an offer. ## Honesty constraint Only propose a guarantee, deadline, scarcity claim or payment term if one actually exists in the brief. Everything else is a SUGGESTION for a human to approve, and must be labelled as such.
