Creative Diversity
The Persona x Angle x Offer framework. Ten angles, each with a fill-in formula and a worked example, plus the rules that keep a set genuinely varied instead of superficially different.
What it does
- Generates a set where every ad uses a different argument
- Supplies a fill-in formula per angle so hooks have a shape to follow
- Enforces no-duplicate rules across angle and audience
- Scales the count as a multiplication rather than a guess

# Creative Diversity
Creative diversity is a multiplication, not a guess.
PERSONA (who you talk to) x ANGLE (the argument) x OFFER (the deal)
1 persona x 10 angles x 3 variations = 30 static ads
## Why many, not one
- The same ad every time gets tuned out, and the cost to reach people climbs.
- The platform pushes budget to winners for you, but only if it has range to choose from.
- Nobody can pick the winner in advance. Ten shots beat one.
- When one angle dies, the others carry the account.
## The ten angles
The angle is not the product. It is the way into the mind. Same product, same
person, ten different arguments for why they should care.
| # | Angle | Formula | Example hook |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Callout | If you are [person] who [situation], read this. | "Graduated in 2025. Still no job offer." |
| 2 | Enemy | It is not [what they blame]. It is [real enemy]. | "Your degree is not the problem. The skill gap is." |
| 3 | Mistake | [Number] mistakes [person] make with [thing]. | "3 mistakes killing your job applications." |
| 4 | Secret | The [thing] nobody tells you about [goal]. | "The one skill recruiters secretly want." |
| 5 | Proof | From [bad before] to [good after] in [time]. | "From 50 rejections to 3 offers in 30 days." |
| 6 | Compare | [Old way] vs [your way]. | "Another 3-year degree vs one 30-day skill." |
| 7 | Number | [Number]. [Number]. [Number]. | "2,000 students. 30 days. 1 skill that pays." |
| 8 | Question | Why do [person] still [painful outcome]? | "Why do toppers stay unemployed?" |
| 9 | Confession | I [had the problem] and here is what changed. | "I had a first-class degree and still no job." |
| 10 | Future | Imagine [future] instead of [current pain]. | "Imagine getting hired in 30 days, not 6 months." |
## Rules for a set
1. No two ads may share the same angle AND the same audience.
2. Every ad must differ from every other in at least two of: audience, angle,
hook, offer focus, visual treatment.
3. The bracketed slots are the recognisable SITUATION, never a persona's name.
"Graduated in 2025. Still no job offer." works. "If you are Priya, read this."
does not, because no reader is called Priya.
4. Hook under 10 words. Subline one sentence. Bullets under 6 words. CTA 2 to 4 words.
## Running more than one pass
Parallel passes over the same angles converge on the same wording unless each
pass is given a different way in. Assign an entry lens per pass:
1. **Problem first** — enter through the problem as they physically experience it on an ordinary day.
2. **Proof first** — enter through the product and what it demonstrably does.
3. **Outcome first** — enter through the after-state and how it feels to live in it.
4. **Objection first** — name the doubt that stops them, then answer it in the same breath.
5. **Reframe first** — a comparison or piece of arithmetic that makes the decision look different.
## Output per ad
angle, hook, subline, three bullets, CTA, FOMO, social proof, visual direction.
Leave FOMO and social proof EMPTY unless a real deadline or a real number was
supplied. An invented one is worse than none.
